DESCRIPTION:Be a lifesaver! In this training\, participants will get an introduction to opioids\, learn to recognize the signs of an overdose\, and practice using life-saving naloxone. This session is designed to equip participants with the skills needed to act quickly in critical situations. Free naloxone kits are provided to eligible and interested participants at the end of the training (via pick-up at FHD or by mail for Fishers residents). \nPlease fill out registration form to sign up for our next virtual training\, offered for FREE from Fishers Health Department. DESCRIPTION:Join Fishers Parks in collaboration with the Fishers Health Department for  Open Gym\, running from 1 to 5 p.m. every Sunday through March at Fishers Junior High School (13257 Cumberland Road\, Fishers\, IN 46038\, Athletic Entrance\, Door 12\, North parking lot). \nThese free sessions are open to all Fishers residents and are designed to bring families and friends together to stay active and connected with pickup basketball\, pickleball\, and other fun ways to move and play. \n\nAll participants will have to sign a liability waiver before entering the gym. Only an adult or guardian 18 years of age or older can sign a liability waiver for a minor. Please the sign the waiver here. Once the waiver is complete\, participants are asked to sign-in with their arrival time\, and sign-out when they intend to leave to ensure all participants have left the building when Open Gym has commenced.\n\nOpen Gym is community-focused and intended for recreational play rather than organized team practices.

Fishers AgriPark staff will walk participants through the process of creating a simple\, DIY hydroponic growning system using the Kratky method. Each participant/family will get to take home a small kit that includes a disposable cup\, nutrient solution\, growing medium\, and seed. \nThis is a free program. No registration required. All ages welcome\, but this program is geared for those age 12 and older.
