The City of Fishers recognizes that circumstances may require corrections or exemptions to properties for Ordinance 022425A (Rental Registration & Permitting Program). The property owner must complete the following forms to request a correction or exemption.
Rental Property Exemption Request Form
Complete the form linked below if your property is a long-term rental but you believe your property qualifies for an exemption as listed in Ordinance 022425A. Provide as much information as possible that proves the property is eligible for an exemption.
Rental Property Correction Request Form
Complete the form below if you believe your property has been incorrectly identified as a rental property or is a used as a short-term rental property only. Provide as much information as possible that proves the property remains an owner-occupied residence or a short-term rental only.
Rental Property Violation Appeal Form
Property owners of long-term rental properties who have received a rental registration notice of violation may use this form to submit an appeal to the City Court. Submitting this form initiates the formal appeal process in accordance with the City of Fishers rental registration ordinance.
