For centuries, we’ve known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. This Alzheimer’s Association course teaches about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement. Register here.
The Fishers Health Department’s Aging Well series offers free educational sessions designed to help older adults and their caregivers live healthy, active, and connected lives. See additional Aging Well events at Health.FishersIN.gov/AgingWell.
