Aging Well: Know Your Numbers & FREE Wellness Screening
August 26 @ 11:30 am – 1:00 pm

Wednesday, August 26 | 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. | Fishers Community Center, Program Room 1 | Free
This 1-hour session will help participants learn more about measures of key risk factors for chronic conditions—including blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and weight. Knowing more about what these numbers mean and what are considered healthy levels can help you know more about your risk and help you have informed conversations with your health care provider about how to achieve or maintain healthy measures to reduce your risk and live well! Registration: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019ebc16e6547fb5b5376f46dd42cc6e
Following this educational session, receive a FREE wellness screening voucher ($20 value) for your participation. Our wellness screening measures key biometric indicators like blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and body mass index (BMI). Results are quick.
*Biometric testing is a preventative tool and does not replace regular medical care or a primary care provider.
The Fishers Health Department’s Aging Well series offers free educational sessions designed to help older adults and their caregivers live healthy, active, and connected lives. See additional Aging Well events at Health.FishersIN.gov/AgingWell.
