NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF REAL PROPERTY: (9001 MAYNARD LANE, FISHERS, INDIANA 46037

The City of Fishers Redevelopment Commission, a commission of the City of Fishers authorized and existing pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7-14 et. seq. (the “Commission”), hereby provides NOTICE that the Commission is offering property generally located at 9001 Maynard Lane, Fishers, Indiana 46037 and identified by Property Identification No. 15-15-06-00-00-015.000 (the “Property”) for public sale.  Pursuant to and consistent with Ind. Code § 36-7-14 et. seq., the Commission prepared an offering sheet for the Property, including the offering price, which offering sheet is available to prospective buyers on request. Maps and plats showing the size and location of the Property is available for inspection at the City of Fishers. 

General Information:

1) Date and Time Offers Due:  By or before January 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Offers must be provided in writing, in pdf format, via email at the following:  jennifercmesserlaw@gmail.com and baumgartnerm@fishers.in.us.  All offers shall be addressed to the attention of the Commission and must be sent to both email addresses.  The Commission, at a designated time properly noticed, will open and consider written offers for the Property during the week of January 12, 2026. 

2) Location of Property:  9001 MAYNARD LANE, FISHERS, INDIANA 46037

PROPERTY ID. NO. 15-15-06-00-00-015.000. Offers must be submitted for the entire Property.  The City will not consider offers for portions of the Property.

3) Bids submitted by a trust (as defined in Ind Code § 30-4-1-1(a)) must identify the following:

(A) beneficiary of the trust; and

(B) settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
4) Offers:  May consist of consideration in the form of cash, other property, or a combination of cash and other property. If offering other property, the offer must be accompanied by evidence of the property’s fair market value that is satisfactory to the Commission, in its sole discretion.

5) Commission Discretion:  The Commission reserves the right to reject any bids and may make awards to the highest and best bidders.

6) Evaluation of Offers: In determining the best bids, the Commission will consider the following factors:

  1. The size and character of the improvements proposed to be made on the Property.
  2. The plans and ability to improve the Property with reasonable promptness.
  3. Whether the Property when improved will be sold or rented.
  4. Factors that will assure the Commission that the sale will further the execution of the redevelopment plan and best serve the interest of the community, from the standpoint of both human and economic welfare.
  5. The price offered.
  6. Any other factors permissible under Ind. Code 36-7-14 et. seq.

7) Availability:  the Property is available for immediate conveyance.
