The creative teams of Carrington Homes, Revkah Design, and architectural designer Emily Handke collaborated on the thoughtfully concepted and curated high-end signature residence featuring an intentional layering and juxtaposition of materials, colors and textures creating a sense of sophistication and artistry. The home includes custom features like a gaming lounge, indoor basketball court, wellness center, gourmet kitchen, pool and spa, and so much more.

“As a leading high-end custom builder in Indianapolis for more than 30 years, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality craftmanship and construction services,” said Carl McIntyre, President of Carrington Homes and builder of the 2025 Indianapolis Monthly Dream Home. “To have the opportunity to bring a project of this magnitude to life is truly an honor.”

The massive 18,000-square-foot private residence combines cutting-edge, contemporary design and a modern aesthetic with seclusion and natural beauty, as it sits upon 8 wooded acres near Geist Reservoir in Fishers, Indiana.

This August, the Circle City community will be invited to explore the luxurious interior and expansive outdoor living spaces of the 2025 Dream Home, only accessible via ticketed entry for a limited time, during select hours.

“We are thrilled to bring back Indy’s most luxurious home tour experience this year thanks to the expertise and collaboration of some of the region’s best,” said Ivy Bayer, publisher of Indianapolis Monthly. “This is the Circle City’s rare opportunity to tour a one-of-a-kind, jaw-dropping, luxury residence featuring the latest trends, finest furnishings and finishes, and new age amenities that are beyond your wildest dreams, all in support of a very worthy cause.”

Tour proceeds from Indianapolis Monthly’s Dream Home 2025 experience directly benefit the Heroes Foundation, a local nonprofit that empowers individuals to make real change for the Indiana cancer community by providing meaningful support to cancer patients, education to promote cancer prevention and resources to advance research for a cure.

“We at the Heroes Foundation are so grateful to be partnering with Indianapolis Monthly as the 2025 Dream Home beneficiary organization,” said James M. Hinshaw, Heroes Foundation Board Chair. “Fighting cancer is personal for me, as it is for many across Central Indiana. When you tour the 2025 Dream Home, you will be helping fund important cancer research, education and prevention initiatives, and providing support to patients fighting cancer and their caregivers.”
