Celebrate America’s 250th in Fishers with three fireworks shows on July 4

Celebrate America’s 250th in Fishers, recognized as one of the best places to live in the U.S., with Independence Day fireworks throughout the city on Saturday, July 4, presented by Fishers Parks. Fireworks begin at dusk, around 10 p.m., with three viewing areas across the city.

In accordance with the Fishers fireworks ordinance, consumer fireworks are permitted within Fishers’ municipal boundaries on July 2 and 3 and July 5 through 9 from 5 p.m. to two hours after sunset, and on July 4 from 10 a.m. to midnight. View the full fireworks ordinance

Nickel Plate District Amphitheater

6 Municipal Drive, Fishers

Enjoy fireworks in the heart of downtown Fishers from the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater lawn. Arrive early for a free concert featuring Groovesmash at 8 p.m., with fireworks to follow. No tickets are required. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged.

Geist Reservoir

View by boat or from a nearby residence

Fireworks launch near the south end of the Fall Creek Bridge from a barge at Geist Marina. No viewing or pedestrian traffic will be permitted on the Fall Creek Bridge or pedestrian walkway. The bridge will remain open to traffic as usual.

Please note fireworks will not be launched or viewable from Geist Waterfront Park, and viewing from the park property is not permitted.
