Mark Rouse was declared legally blind by his ophthalmologist, Dr. Raj Maturi, in 2015. He was disturbed, and he thought he’d never be able to paint again.  After years of multiple painful and tedious treatments with Dr. Maturi, Rouse’s vision improved. Now, he’s sharing a painting documenting his journey, along with his other pieces, at the Spark!Fishers Car & Art Show on Thursday, June 24, in the Fishers Municipal Complex.  “I tell everybody I started…
