Spark!Fishers returns June 24-28, 2025!
Fishers Parks’ annual, weeklong Spark!Fishers festival will take over downtown Fishers the last full week of June, running from Tuesday, June 24, through Saturday, June 28.
Get together with your community for the annual Spark!Fishers 5K Race + All Abilities 1-Miler (presented by IU Health), Spark!Fishers Car + Art Show, free concerts on Tuesday night and Friday night, with drone and fireworks shows, and Saturday’s Spark!Fishers Street Festival – the biggest day of the week – with a parade, multiple stages of live music, food, drink, and artisan vendors, art displays, kids and teen zones, and so much more!
Free Concert + Drone Show
Tuesday, June 24, 8 PM | NPD AMP | Free
Kick of Spark!Fishers week with a free concert at 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at the NPD AMP, followed by the return of the Spark!Fishers drone show! Bring a blanket or chair to enjoy the evening. Food & drink trucks will be on site. No tickets required. Entertainment TBA.
5K Race + All Abilities 1 Miler
Wednesday, June 25, 6 PM | NPD AMP
Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the Spark!Fishers 5K and All Abilities 1-Miler, returning to downtown Fishers on Wednesday, June 25.
As part of the festival week, this community event, hosted by Fishers Parks and presented by IU Health Fishers, features a competitive 5K race, an untimed 1-Miler for all abilities, and an exciting post-race celebration at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater!
All ages and abilities are welcome. The event is ADA-, family-, and stroller-friendly, but pets are not permitted. Service animals are always welcome at all Fishers Parks events. Register here.
Car + Art Show

The Spark!Fishers Car + Art Show showcases vintage and classic cars and local, professional art and artists.

Free Concert + Fireworks Show
Friday, June 27, 8 PM | NPD AMP | Free
Our free, annual Friday night Spark!Fishers concert will begin on the NPD AMP stage at 8 p.m. June 27, followed by the annual Spark!Fishers Fireworks Show! Bring a lawn chair or blanket for seating. Food and drink trucks will be on site. No tickets required. Entertainment TBA.
Street Fair + Parade
Saturday, June 28, 2 – 9 PM | NPD AMP | Free
The annual Spark!Fishers Street Fair will return to the Nickel Plate District from 2 to 9 p.m. Saturday, June 28, showcasing vendors, local businesses and organizations, artists and artisans! Learn more.

Fishers Farmers Market
Saturdays through September 27 | 8 a.m. – noon | Nickel Plate District Amphitheater (6 Municipal Drive) | Free
The Fishers Farmers Market, Presented by IU Health, is now open for the summer season at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater in downtown Fishers! The market runs from 8 a.m. to noon every Saturday through September and features more than 90 vendors, specializing in all things food and plants for you and your home. The Fishers Farmers Market is one of the only dog-friendly markets in the Indianapolis metro and ranked 6th in the state by the American Farmland Trust: Farmers Market Coalition. June 7: Thrift-a-thon
- The Fishers Farmers Market in collaboration with students from HSE and Fishers high schools, will host the first-ever Thrift-A-Thon! Thrift-A-Thon is a special sustainable-clothing event that gives local clothing producers and resellers a platform to showcase and sell their items, all while promoting eco-friendly fashion practices. Spots Still Open for Summer Camp with Fishers Parks
Summer vacation is a time for discovery! Fishers Parks offers camps for children ages 5+ to explore their interests, make friends, and shake their summer-break boredom. Whether your kid is an adventurer, nature-lover, artist, all-star athlete, or scientist-in-training, Fishers Parks camps offer something for everyone to keep kids active and learning. Your Feedback Wanted: Community Health Needs Assessment
Every resident’s experience contributes to the overall health and wellbeing of our community. The Fishers Health Department wants to hear directly from you—your challenges, your priorities, and what truly matters when it comes to health in Fishers. This survey is completely anonymous, takes about 20 minutes, and is open to all residents ages 18 and older. Cul-de-sac Drills Return for the Summer with Fishers Fire Department
Fishers Fire Department hosts Cul-de-sac drills in local neighborhoods every summer. Firefighters will pull out the hose, spray water, and give little and big kids alike an opportunity to handle the hose line or just run through the spray. Volunteer at Spark!Fishers
Our annual, weeklong Spark!Fishers festival has more than 100 volunteer opportunities, available from Tuesday, June 24, through Saturday, June 28! Roles are available to fit every interest and ability. We’re looking for individuals and groups who are interested in using their time and talent to support our wide variety of programs and events. Citizen’s Academies Now Open for Registration
Mayor’s Youth Academy – 2025-2026 School Year
In partnership with the City of Fishers, Hamilton Southeastern Schools, and the Eman schools, the Mayor’s Youth Academy offers the opportunity to build community awareness, provide hands-on learning opportunities that enhance curriculum, and inspire future careers in the public sector.
The Fishers Mayor’s Youth Academy is a year-long experience provided by the City of Fishers for high school juniors and seniors who live in and or attend school in Fishers with a GPA of at least 3.0 to be eligible for the program. Learn more and register here.
City Government Academy – Fall 2025
Fishers residents can go behind the scenes of local government and hear from staff, tour City facilities and engage in the collaborative city governing process in the City of Fishers’ City Government Academy (CGA). At the end of the 3-month course, participants will have a greater understanding of how the Fishers government works. The academy is free and open to Fishers residents who are ages 18+. NEW: Forest Bathing with Fishers Parks
Monday, June 16 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Tuesday, June 24 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. | Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve (10410 Hague Road) | Cost per session is $36 ($54 non-residents)
Forest Bathing is a practice of nature immersion, elevating sensory observations in the present moment. Participants “bathe” in the sights, sounds, textures, and scents they encounter while on an intentionally slow, guided outing. Your certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide will facilitate your experience through a series of invitations to promote nature connection. Learn more.
