March Disability Awareness Month
The annual celebration of National Disability Awareness Month returns to bring awareness of what life is like for those with physical and intellectual disabilities. The month-long celebration, hosted by the Fishers Advisory Committee on Disability and presented by Old National Bank, is themed Connected Through Language, and highlights the power of language in cultivating identity and connections through special events and initiatives around the city. Report Potholes
No matter what the weather throws at us, our Department of Public Works team is geared up and ready to battle pesky potholes before they slow you down! In 2024 alone, this hardworking crew filled 4,286 potholes across Fishers—keeping our roads smooth and safe.

Check Your Mailbox for Annual Stormwater Bills
Friendly reminder to Fishers residents that RESIDENTIAL stormwater bills have been sent and are due on Friday, April 25! Find more info and FAQ’s at FishersIN.gov/Utilities.
Spring City Recycling Day
The City of Fishers will host its free City Recycling Day on Saturday, March 8 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Billericay Park (12690 Promise Road). Residents can recycle electronics, household items, and household hazardous wastes. On-site paper recycling and off-site confidential document shredding are also available. Document shredding is completed off-site by Share’s Inc., a certified confidential document shredding company. Find a list of acceptable items here.
National Vietnam War Veterans Day
Join the City of Fishers, a proud Commemorative Partner of the Vietnam War Commemoration, at the free public ceremony on Friday, March 28 at 2:30 p.m. Fishers City Hall Theater (1 Municipal Drive) honoring veterans and their families who served during the Vietnam War period. Spring and Summer Camp Registration
Matching the HSE Schools calendar, Fishers Parks will again offer Spring Break Camp options for April 7-11! Run, Walk, & Join Community Traditions
Registration for the 2025 Spark!Fishers 5K presented by IU Health Fishers and the Geist Half Marathon, 10K and 5K is now open! Register for one race and score a $5 off promo code for the other.
