The Fishers DPW’s inventory control staff are the smallest group within the Department of Public Works, occupying the largest space.

This group is responsible for the purchase, acquisition, storage, and inventory control of city supplies and resources as well as the management of the tool crib for Public Works. Inventory control staff accomplish the following:

• The purchase and acquisition of equipment and supplies
• Asset management of all equipment, material, and supplies
• Delivering supplies to all city-owned facilities
• Managing the tool crib for all divisions in Public Works
