Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves and vibrations, typically while lying down in a resting pose. Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, practitioners create non-rhythmic, immersive soundscapes that lower stress, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep relaxation without requiring mental focus.
