Membershine, a remote-first company with a coworking space in Fishers, specializes in membership management through an all-in-one SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, catering to homeowner’s associations, clubs, nonprofits and professional organizations. According to Membershine Chief Executive Officer Clayton Thompson, the company “solves the problem of communication, document transparency, event registration, amenity reservations and payment processing.”
Thompson, a Fishers resident of 20 years, has watched the city transform with new businesses and thousands of new residents. Membershine launched in January 2020, and the City of Fishers helped fuel the initial wave of talented hires for the company and has supported Membershine and its continued growth ever since.
Earlier this year, the company announced its plans to add 61 jobs over the next five years.
“We want to continue to grow,” said Thompson. “And we’ll absolutely be looking right here in the City of Fishers for any available talent.”
As a remote-first company, Membershine’s employees appreciate a flexible work environment where they are able to work with organizations in Fishers, but also acquire clients from across the country. This allows people outside of Indiana to learn about what the City of Fishers has to offer.
Local Membershine employees can work from Counterpart’s office space in downtown Fishers. They’ve become a valued business partner when it comes to sharing a coworking location, meeting or interview space.
“I can’t speak highly enough about what Counterpart has done for us,” said Thompson. “They’re much more than a software developer; they’re a partner in every sense of the word.”
For Thompson, Fishers can be described as distinct, innovative and surging. He looks forward to continued growth and partnerships for Membershine in the years to come! To learn more about Membershine, visit www.membershine.com.
