Responsibilities

The Fishers Town Hall Building Corporation was established on November 30, 1989, as a nonprofit corporation operating pursuant to the provisions of the Indiana Nonprofit Ace of 1991, as amended, Indiana Code 23-17, or the purpose, among others, of the financing and leasing of buildings and other capital improvements in the City of Fishers, Indiana.
